Yu Lin is a PhD candidate at the Graduate Institute of Taiwanese Literature, National Chengchi University. Her research examines modern and contemporary Sinophone poetry in relation to media technologies and material practices, with a particular focus on Taiwanese poetic traditions. She explores how technological conditions reshape poetic language, sensory experience, and modes of literary dissemination. She served as a visiting scholar at The University of Texas at Austin from 2021 to 2022.
